As a photographer, this is my guilty pleasure which is specialising in property photography. I absolutely love taking photography that will make a home/apartment/or business look its best. Not many people know that this is quite a specialised area of photography and the benefit of having professional photography can result in a quicker sale or rental for you.

For me, it can be incredibly rewarding to see people selling or renting their home as this can mean that they are starting out on a new journey, I have found in my experience of property photography that selling or renting a house out is not always about needing more space for a family or selling a property for freeing up finances. Having spoken with many vendors it can be about achieving a work/life balance, relocation due to illness so they can be closer to relatives or downsizing. Especially with us all having experienced Covid, reasons are a lot more varied and the stories are incredibly interesting. Not only do I specialise in property photography but I can also draw up floor plans and am there with my laser measure and my clipboard taking all the measurements. If you wish for me to carry out 360 degree photography then that is certainly something we can talk about and drone photography is certainly an option, however, there may be certain restrictions which may stop that from occurring.
